Manually Remove Win32 Agent

Step 1: Check
the location of Win32.Agent
file
1.
Click
Start and select Search.
2.
In
the Search Results window, select All Files or
Folders.
3.
Type
Win32.Agent in the All or part of the file name
box and select Local Hard Drives or My Computer
from the Look in: list.
4.
After
the results are displayed, check and note down the path for
Win32.Agent.
Step 2:
Kill Win32Agent
Processes
1.
Press
Ctrl + Alt + Del or Ctrl + Shift + Esc key
combination to display the Windows Task
Manager.
2.
On the
Processes tab,
search for Win32.Agent process.
3.
Right-click
Win32.Agent and
then click End
Process.
4.
Next,
open Windows Explorer and then search for and delete the
following Win32.Agent files:

sskupdater.exe
·
ssk.exe
·
sskupdater.exe5102.exe
·
ssk.exe
·
5102.exe
Step
3: Delete Other Win32.Agent Files from Command
Prompt
1.
Click
Start, select
Run, type cmd and then press Enter to
display the Command Prompt window.
2.
At
Command Prompt, use the cd command to navigate to
the Win32.Agent folder you noted in Step 1. For example, type
cd C:\Full_Path_To_Virus_Folder
and then press Enter.
3.
Here,
use del Virus_FileName to delete
the virus file. In case, you want to delete the entire folder
use the rmdir / S
FolderName
command.
4.
Next,
open Task Manager and kill the following Win32.Agent processes:

ssk.exe
·
5102.exe
